Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026. These terms cover your use of CueKite, operated by the sole proprietor identified below. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The service

CueKite helps you discover evidence-backed Ideas that fit your Watchers, refine them with Chat, and prepare editable or downloadable Plans. Evidence and AI output are decision aids, not guarantees of accuracy, novelty, ownership, legal clearance, revenue or business success. Verify important facts independently. A Claim controls availability within CueKite; it does not grant a patent, trademark or exclusivity against the world.

Your account and content

Use accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement. You must have the rights needed to submit your content. You retain your rights in that content and permit us and our service providers to process it to deliver the service. Third-party evidence, software, generated dependencies and source material retain their own licenses and restrictions. Review generated material before using or publishing it.

Prices and payment

The current offer, price, allowance, renewal terms and any purchase-specific conditions are shown before you confirm a purchase. Stripe processes payment. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals according to the displayed billing terms; it does not automatically refund earlier purchases. Contact support about billing mistakes or refunds. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply where required and are not waived by these terms. An action that needs a separate paid purchase is not included merely because you have an account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse accounts, bypass access or usage limits, interfere with the service, distribute malicious material, infringe others' rights, or use CueKite unlawfully. Do not submit secrets or information you lack authority to share. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect people or data, or comply with law. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Availability, changes and responsibility

Research, matching and generation can be delayed or unavailable. An empty result does not guarantee there are no opportunities. We may maintain or change the service, and will communicate material changes affecting an ongoing paid agreement as required. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You are responsible for your business decisions and for checking third-party material before relying on it.

Contact and ending use

You can stop using CueKite and manage your subscription through the available billing controls. For account closure, data requests, complaints or questions about these terms, contact info@cuekite.com or use Help. Closing a browser or removing a Watcher does not cancel a subscription.
