CueKite help and recovery

Account access

Get back into your workspace

  1. Use the same email address and sign-in method you used when you created the account.
  2. For a forgotten password, request a reset link from the public password recovery page. The link lasts one hour and signs you in after you choose a new password.
  3. If CueKite asks you to verify your email, use the newest email link within 24 hours. You can request another link from the verification screen while signed in.
  4. If Google sign-in is unavailable and you previously added a password, choose email sign-in instead. Ask support if you still cannot enter; never send a password, reset link, or verification code.

Plans and billing

Check the amount before anything changes

CueKite staging uses Stripe test mode. Add funds, paid-plan choices, and billing management open Stripe’s hosted pages; never enter a real payment card in this review environment.

  • Your CueKite balance pays for eligible one-time actions. Checkout returns do not change the balance or plan by themselves; CueKite waits for Stripe’s signed confirmation.
  • To question a charge, cancel paid service, or request a refund, send the date, amount, and receipt reference. Never send a full card number.
  • Support confirms the request before any irreversible billing change and escalates an unexpected charge immediately.

Watchers and notifications

Check the Watcher before waiting for an Idea

  1. Confirm the Watcher is Active and review its preferences. An Archived Watcher does not look for new Ideas.
  2. A quiet period does not mean the Watcher failed. CueKite only delivers an Idea when current evidence fits your preferences.
  3. In Account settings, turn on Idea matches if you want email. New matches still appear in Ideas when email is off.
  4. Check spam and confirm your sign-in email if an expected notification is missing.

Download Plans

Let the current Plan finish safely

  • Queued, creating, validating, and still working all mean the same request is active. Do not start a second request to make it faster.
  • If progress cannot load, choose Check again. Your request and any ready revisions remain safe.
  • When a revision is Ready, choose Download. If the download expires or fails, return to the Plan and request a fresh download instead of sharing the link.
  • Still working means CueKite has already alerted the generation team and will continue automatically.

Privacy and data

Tell us what data action you need

Account export and deletion are not self-service during preview. Ask support from the email on the account. We verify identity before sharing, correcting, exporting, or deleting customer data.

Name the account and the request. Do not include passwords, verification codes, card numbers, or private keys.

Service incidents

Report what is blocked, once

Try one normal refresh. If the same problem continues, report the affected page, what you were doing, when it happened, and the visible error. Your saved work remains available. Do not repeat a paid or download action unless the page says it is safe.

Support groups duplicate reports, checks service monitoring, and replies with recovery or incident status. Active outages are escalated ahead of ordinary questions.
