Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026. This policy explains how CueKite handles information when you visit the site, create an account, or use Watchers, Ideas, Plans and Chat.

Who is responsible

Information we use

We store your account name and email, password hash or Google sign-in identity, verification and session records, preferences, Watcher briefs, business context, assets, saved Ideas, feedback, Claims, Plans, Chat messages and generated files. We also retain billing and payment references, support requests, notification preferences, delivery records and operational diagnostics. Do not put passwords, private keys, payment-card numbers or other secrets in briefs, Chat or support requests.

Why we process it

We use information to provide your account and requested service, match opportunities, prepare Plans, answer Chat requests, manage purchases and send account or service messages. Our legal bases are performance of our contract, legal obligations such as accounting, and legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service. Optional analytics uses your consent. Optional notification preferences can be changed in your account or through the unsubscribe link; required account and billing messages remain necessary.

Service providers and AI

Hosting and databases are operated on our servers; Cloudflare provides network security, DNS and backup object storage. Stripe handles hosted payment and billing flows; CueKite receives transaction, customer, subscription and receipt information. Google handles Google sign-in when you choose it. Our mail service processes account, notification and support messages.

AI features send the prompt and relevant authorized account, Watcher, Idea, Plan or Chat context to the providers needed for that feature, including OpenRouter and its selected model providers, OpenAI, and xAI for research. Generated outputs, research evidence and provider diagnostics may be retained for continuity, billing, support and failure investigation. Authorized operators can inspect records when needed. AI output may be inaccurate; do not submit information you are not entitled to share.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary browser storage supports sign-in, security, the brief you carry into signup, and display preferences. Optional Google Analytics runs only after you accept it, on the production site's fixed public pages. We exclude workspace activity, customer content, query strings and referring URLs. Google still receives technical information such as browser/device data and network information. Advertising consent stays denied. See Cookie settings to reject or withdraw analytics.

Retention and international processing

We retain account content while needed to provide the service, and operational, payment and support records as needed for security, disputes and legal duties. Backups and audit records can outlast deletion from an active screen; we do not promise immediate deletion from every copy. Providers may process information outside your country, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards. Your choices and rights

Contact info@cuekite.com from your account email to request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion, or to object to processing. We verify identity before disclosing or changing account data. Rights depend on applicable law and may have exceptions for legal or security records. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing and complain to your data-protection authority. Where California law applies, you may request to know, correct or delete your information without discrimination. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
